What’s Happening With Current Upcoming 2020 Bookings?

For those of you that have already booked tours with us, our team are currently working very hard rescheduling bookings that are due to arrive in the next few weeks and as a result we are dealing with high volumes of enquiries and anticipate an even higher volume still going further into August. For this reason, we ask you to bear with us as we get through the backlog. Please rest assured that all enquiries will be dealt with but we have to give priority to those arriving in the next few weeks.

As it stands at the moment, the travel restrictions apply to Ireland and the UK until the end of August and therefore any tour scheduled for departure in August cannot go ahead at this time. Any tour participants who have been affected by this change have been notified accordingly. Participants have been offered the opportunity to transfer 100% of any money paid to another tour or they have been given a gift voucher for use on any future tour with no time limit.

What’s Happening with New 2020 Bookings?

We still have availability on some of our tours later in the year and we are accepting new bookings for the latter end of 2020. When the time comes, if there are COVID-19 travel restrictions in Ireland or the UK, participants will be allowed to transfer their payment to another tour, free of any additional administration or booking fees. Alternatively, we can issue a gift voucher for use on any future tour with no time limit.

What About 2021?

Our new 2021 series of Knitting Tours are now available and prices can be found on this website. When the time comes our team in Ireland and the U.K. will comply with any social distancing or other measures advised by our governments and will work hard to ensure we provide our guests with a safe, happy and memorable trip. Our 2020 clients who were affected by Covid – 19 restrictions were able to postpone their tours and have been offered a voucher for use on any tour with no time limit. We will continue to honour this policy should we find that any of our future tours are unable to run as a result of Covid-19.

Should you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us. If you have booked already, please contact your tour representative by email. For any general enquiries please e-mail info@knittingtours.com
