I am Julie, a textile artist and a knitting, crochet, and embroidery teacher.

I view these three techniques as highly complementary and incorporate them into my work, from sculptures and upcycling to the artistic customisation of garments and the creation of fashion accessories.
My classes and workshops cater to everyone, from beginners to experts. I’m particularly interested in learning processes and in fostering creative and social empowerment, helping students build confidence while building community.

Understand the power you have when you come together to knit, crochet, weave or embroider. A shared textile practice creates connection almost instantly, with very little effort or resources.
